1. What is OnePass?
It is the Aero República, Copa Airlines, and Continental Airlines Frequent Flyer Program. When you join the program, you’ll accumulate miles that never expire on any of the three airlines’ regularly scheduled flights or through our worldwide network of partners each time you make use of their services. Our partners include more than 27 airlines, more than 62 hotel chains, and more than 90 additional partners at the global level. You can redeem your OnePass miles for tickets to more than 1000 destinations worldwide.

2. How can I apply for OnePass?

  • Present your OnePass number each time you make your reservation, register yourself at the airport and make use of the services of associated companies with the program.

3. Can children sign up to be OnePass partners?
Yes. After child is 2 years old and older.
4.  How can I check my account information and know how many OnePass miles do I have?

Through www.aerorepublica.com or www.onepass.com page using your OnePass number and PIN security you can:

  • View your account statement

  • Change your PIN or password security
  • Print a copy of your OnePass
  • Discover more ways to earn miles
  • Find out the eligibility level Elite

5.What is the OnePass PIN and what is it for?
It is the personal identification number (PIN) for each OnePass account. It is also the key to all its procedures. Without it you can not get award tickets, change addresses or access to your OnePass account online. Besides it is an important factor of security in your OnePass account, which will not be disclosed on the Internet or by telephone.
6.How can I get my PIN, if I do not know it o if I lose it?

You have the option to apply online through our website www.onepass.com. Select the icon "Help OnePas PIN? Continue with the instructions.
Additionally you can get by calling our OnePass service centers, which will provide it to you after holding some personal questions by phone or fax. It costs $ 35.00, which should just be canceled by credit cards.

7.  How do I change my PIN?
You can access our Web page, and go to www.onepass.com option.
You can call or appear at any of our closest OnePass service centers to present identification and provide your last PIN, if you know it (charges for procedures)
8. How can I update my address on my OnePass account?

You can update your account contact information through www.onepass.com by simply entering your OnePass number and your password, then clicking My Account and going to the Profile section. You can also do this by contacting the closest OnePass Service Center. In Colombia the number is 018009440219.

9.How can I ensure that the miles are credited to my OnePass account?

Use your OnePass account whenever you make reservations, be it by Internet or by telephone, and also when check in at airports: your Frequent Flyer number should appear on your boarding pass. We recommend that you keep the original tickets and boarding passes in case you need to make any claims or have any questions.

The OnePass program gives you a period of six (6) months following your trip for claiming any miles that haven’t yet been awarded.

10. At the moment of my trip I forgot my OnePass card. What can I do to make the miles are credited to my account?

OnePass program grants until 6 months after the date of travel to file claims accreditations miles. You just need to keep "forever" the original boarding passes and electronic or paper ticket receipt. Both documents are essential to this process as the flight requirements.
Drop off the documents required in order to get your miles awarded at the OnePass drop-off slot at Copa Airlines/Aero República or Continental Airlines ticketing offices.
If you joined the program after flying, just one month flights.

11. Is it possible to combine miles from different OnePass accounts?

OnePass miles are not transferable from one account to another; they are not negotiable and can never be sold, exchanged or bartered. They will not be replaced in case of loss, theft, destruction or partial use.
However, once having the mileage required for an award ticket it can be issued on behalf of you or a family member or friend if you wish.
Once issued the ticket it may not be transferred to another person's name (it will have to repay the redeposited miles to your account and complete the process on behalf of another person).

12. Can I transfer miles to another OnePass account? (Bargain)

Yes.  The transfers must be made in blocks of 500 miles; there is no maximum mileage that can be transferred to another account. It must be transferred as a minimum 2500 miles. It is allowed to transfer miles to just one (1) OnePass account, you can also receive miles from one (1) OnePass account. There is a charge of the service of $ 7.50 (USD) per 500 miles transferred.

The partners should have 7-10 business days to complete the transfer. Members can donate or receive miles; both are not allowed- transferred miles do not count for Elite qualification. The donor must provide the OnePass number and PIN with the account number of the partner who receives OnePass transferred miles.

13. What is the validity time of my OnePass miles?
OnePass program miles DO NOT expire.
14.  How do I replace my OnePass card if I lose it?

If you are already a member, you can print your card by just visiting the place www.onepass.com OnePass number and PIN number and go to the option: Print a copy of your card.

Only those passengers that reach Elite status will receive cards: Platinum, Gold, or Silver. The card is automatically sent once you have enough miles for Elite status, and you’ll receive the Elite identification card to the address registered for your account in the 6 to 8 weeks prior to achieving this status.

15.  How can I find out how many miles are required to get any awards?

To find out how many miles you need to get an award ticket, you can check in www.onepass.com and go to the Awards space or also you can call the nearest OnePass Service Center. In Colombia the number is 018009440219

16. How can I redeem my rewards and get OnePass miles?

OnePass partner shall be communicated to any telephone

OnePass member needs to call to any Reservation Center of Continental Airlines, at least 21 calendar days before the date of the trip. If you require your award ticket to be issued in a period of one day (24 hours) minimum.
You can also book your award tickets through www.continental.com, if the routes of your tickets are on Continental Airlines flights only.

Awards tickets requested within more than 22 calendar days will involve an additional charge of:

17.Is the award ticket lost if I do not use it within a specified period?

Yes, awards tickets are valid for one year from the date when the ticket was issued.
You can make changes in dates and destinations for this valid year with an additional charge based on the status of the OnePass account at the moment of issuing the ticket.
If the award ticket is not used within this period, you can refund your miles to your account before the end of the year, for a charge of USD.150.00 for Elite, Gold / Silver and Non Elite partners. Charges are not applied to the redeposit by Platinum members from the OnePass Elite program.

18. If I do not have the sufficient number of miles for an award ticket, can I buy the miles I need? How much does it cost?

Our program allows you to purchase up to 25% of the required miles for any OnePass award that requires a minimum of 20,000 miles in Copa Airlines and Continental Airlines.
Miles can be purchased in increments of 1,000 miles (USD) $ 32.00 (plus tax) which are not refundable.
Missing miles are allowed to be bought only at the moment of issuing your award ticket.

19.Can I change routes and dates for my OnePass award tickets?

All changes in dates and routes in your OnePass award tickets have a penalty:

$ 150.00 (USD) for Gold / Silver Elite and non-Elite members. There are no charges in changes for a Platinum member from the Elite program.
It is allowed to change routes only if they correspond to the same set of prizes.

20. How many miles or segments / points do I need to reach the OnePass Elite levels?

Getting the miles or points required to qualify, as shown below:

The miles or points earned between January 1 and December 31 of each year (calendar year) help maintain or enhance the status of an OnePass Elite member. Elite status is valid as soon as you achieve the required number of points or miles. The system will automatically promote you as soon as you fulfill one of the two requisites (Elite miles or Elite points).
Partners accumulate miles over the course of a year for getting Elite status for that same year and keep it the next year as well.

21. How do I reach miles for having an OnePass Elite status?

The number of miles and segments to the Elite status classification are based on the booking class and paid fare, as specified in the table below:

22. Can I get the Preferential Elite Status l if I already have another frequent flyer program?
There is an Elite Match resource.  (Applicable airlines). You must certify that you have preferential status in another of the frequent flyer programs and just showing on any of our offices in town, the following documents:

  • Name and OnePass number.
  • Clear, legible and current photocopy of your frequent flyer program card showing the preferential qualified level.
  • Clear and legible photocopy of the latest status from your frequent flyer program miles account which reflects the preference level of the other airline.

Alternatively, you can send an e-mail with a scanned color file of all documents previously mentioned to onepass@copaair.com

The Copa Airlines OnePass department will review the documentation and, if applicable it will process the application. Customers will receive notification on their new Elite status at a maximum of 10 days.

23. What benefits do I get upon becoming an OnePass Elite member?
There is an Elite Match resource.  (Applicable airlines). You must certify that you have preferential status in another of the frequent flyer programs and just showing on any of our offices in town, the following documents:

  • Preferential service at airport check-in and ticketing counters
  • Preferential boarding lines
  • Additional Bonus Miles earned on per-flight miles: SILVER – 25%, GOLD – 100%, PLATINUM – 100%
  • Priority luggage handling
  • Preferential seating in the first 4 rows of the airplane*
  • Unlimited* upgrades to executive class
  • Entrance to the domestic departure area through Filtro Elite (preferential security clearance)
  • Access to the Aero República Elite Lounge, located in the domestic departure area of the El Dorado Airport in Bogotá
