Terms and Conditions

By means of the present Web Site, Aero República S.A.,  offers a service to the user, under the condition that he or she ("the user"), accepts without restriction or condition the terms and condition established herein. When using the present Web Site, the user is expressly accepting all and each one of the terms, conditions and legal notices established.

 

Aero República reserves the rights to modify the present Agreement, as well as to make changes to any product, program or service describe in the present Web Site, in any moment, without any requirement of legal notice and/or responsibility.

 

The titles included in the present Agreement has been used only with the purpose of facilitating its reading and comprehension, however they must not be used to interpreter the same.

 

Use of the Web Site:

The user warrants and establishes that he or she possesses the legal right and ability to subscribe the present Agreement, and that he or she has read and expressly accepts all of the terms and conditions established in the same without any kind of limitation or qualification.

The specific function of the present Web Site, as it is recognized and expressly accepted by the user, is to offer the user the possibility to determine the availability of travel, as well as to make legitimate reservations and other similar transactions with providers.

 

User´s Obligations:

The user´s obligations derived from the present Agreement are the following:

  1. The obligation to use the Web Site, solely to realize purchases or legitimate reservations and for his or her personal use and usufruct or of a third party that has expressly authorized him or her for said purpose, not for speculative, false or fraudulent reservations, nor a reservation in anticipation of demand.
  2. The obligation of being economically responsible for the use of the Web Site.
  3. The obligation of covering all of the charges, schedules, rating and impositions that may occur as a direct or indirect consequence of the use of the present Web Site.
  4. The obligation of not to convey, transmit, transfer, assign, or to license or sub-license in any way any of the rights derived from the use of the present Web Site.
  5. The user recognizes the copyrights of Aero República as solely and absolute owner of the total content of the present Web Site, as well as the ownership of Aero República of its trademarks COPA, Aero República, COPA VACATIONS, COPA CONVENCIONES, COPA CARGO, COPA COURIER, PANORAMA DE LAS AMERICAS, advertised and/or used in the present Web Site.
  6. The user understands and accepts the absolute rights that assist Aero República to cancel all or some of the existence multiple reservations, when said company determines or verifies that one person in particular has confirmed or make reservations for one or more destinations or on about the same dates, without previous notice to the passenger or to the person that make the reservation.
  7. To indemnify Aero República and/or its providers for any kind of responsibility, expenses and/or damages that may occur as a consequence of the direct or indirect use of the present Web Site by the user.
Liability Disclaimer:

The content of the present Web Site may contain typographical errors and/or incorrect data. Said content may be varied or changed periodically by Aero República and/or its providers, to include changes or improvements to the content without the necessity or making a previous notice. However, Aero República does not have any obligation or responsibility, nor make any warranty, of the identity of the information, software, products and/or services included in the referred to Web Site.

Aero República does not warranty nor compromise that the use of the information and/or material included in the present Web Site will not violate or damage intellectual property rights of any third party. Aero República will not be responsible for any kind of virus or any other damage that may suffer the computer or the software of the user as a consequence of the access to the present Web Site, as well as for the download of any kind or species of material that appears herein.

Aero República reserves the right to offer products and/or services in specific areas or locations without having the obligation to broad the scope of application of the same to all of the places where it renders its services. The failure to identify of the areas or locations in which the product and/or service is offered, within the present Web Site, will not constitute any kind of obligation for Aero República to broad the scope of application of the same to other areas or locations.

The information provided by the user in entering and using the present Web Site, will not be disclosed in any way by Aero República. Notwithstanding the above, Aero República has the faculty to use the information provided by the user to share it with its partners in traveling programs.

The user have the obligation to make periodically reviews of said terms and conditions, due to the fact that the later use of the Web Site by the user constitute an express acceptation to the amended or modified terms and conditions by the user.
